Besides CentralR.com booking deposit, Farren Lee Holiday Cottages obtains the right to take deposit of €150.00 for 2/3 night stays / €250.00 for 7+ night stay.

A standard utility charge of €8.00 per day applies payable on check-out.

Check-in time is 4 o'clock and check-out time is before 12 o'clock noon.

The total number of people staying in each house must not exceed the capacity of the house.
